healthy live stile

                                                          My healthy live stile.

   My live stile is not vary healthy. I go to bad late, but I wake up vary early. Recently I didn't walk in the fresh air.

   But I do physically exercise. Every day after school I take enough physically exercise. I seriously ill  and  because I can't go to the gym.

   Recently I became interested in martial Arts. As people as  Bruce Lee and Musutatsu Oyama added to list of my idols.  So nowadays I want join a sports club.

   I eat only home food or in the restaurant. I didn't eat fast-food. I also spend a lot of time in front of computer. That is in naturally because, I study in front of computer, I relax in front of computer and I communicate with my friend in front of computer.

I have a lot of idol. But in ten of those who I have caused many not included.
If i can meet and ask 10 people, alive or dead, they would be next people and asks :

                                                          What is it ?

The Russian tradishional holidays is very interesting and cheerful. Shrovetide or “Maslenitsa” is one of such holidays. Fun and joy always reign during Maslenitsa. It is not just a holiday, it’s change of holidays , which commemorates good beginning of a year, because in ancient times most nationality celebrated New Year in the beginning of spring. /Probadly/ Probably people have been celebrating  it since paganism . 

 

                                               What do people do?

At this time people made pancakes, go to folk festivals national walking, and take part in interesting competitions. Except this people made and burn  a scarecrow of Muslinica. For them this is the last week /weak/, when they can sinlessly eat  food such as fish, meet, milk, eggs, white bread, fruit and even tea.

Honestly Shrovetide is my favourite holiday not including New Year In /next my/ my next letter I will write about other Russian traditional holidays.

 Do you like reading? I like it very much. Nowadays I have already
 read «The lord of the ring», «Sharlock Holms», «Rewoards and Fairies», «Puck os Pook's Hill», «Rich Dad and poor Dad»

and I have been reading for 2th month «To armrs! To arms!». I like it becous, when I read book, I can travel the world, not go out of door's. I have already been in Midleath, old England, Ank-Morpork and valley of the king. I think books is better then Films. They say, Those who read book always will manage those who wotch TV. The rich peaple have a big library, but a poor peaple have a big television set. I hope, after this leter you begin read more books

Hello, Elisaveta Alexandrovna.I want to tell you about Pyatigorsk. Last summer I was there.

I want to tell you about Mashuk. It is a very interesting place, you can believe me. It is not a tall mountain, but there are … a lot of sights. For example: monument to an eagle, Lermontov's Grotto and Academic gallery.

Academic gallery in Pyatigorsk is situated on the place of a mineral spring. It is a beautiful and fashionable place where a tired wayfarer can rest nicely. . This place is described in Lermontov's "A Hero of Our time." If you go to Pyatigorsk,  surely visit this place.
